Pros

I used to work for a company that treated their employees bad and had horrible benefits so coming to Marsh was a breath of fresh air. Industry Leader No micromanagement Flexible Schedule Good Starting Salary Excellent Benefits Wonderful Management Talented Colleagues Manageable Workload

Cons

I wish professional development opportunities were centralized and offered by webinars to all employees. If you work for a bigger office such as Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, this is not a problem as they have activities going on regularly.

Pros

Flexible work times. They're very understanding of doctor appointments, etc. Casual dress, only need to be in business casual when a higher up or insurance carrier are coming to the office. Very good PTO and sick time policy. Ability to select which High Deductible benefits plan you want

Cons

Poor Management Sweep a lot of things under the rug instead of listening to the employees Overworked for the amount they pay, can be difficult to have work/life balance
