Pros

Flexible benefits, no micro managing, good training

Cons

People are leaving marsh too often, management is not acknowledging it. Not addressing it to current staff nor changing anything , just more work. Budget and expenses have been cut for three years straight, making it embarrassing we are living so frugally as the no.1 insurance broker

Pros

Good benefits and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Collaborative team environments in many departments.

Cons

Management experience varies by team and direct supervisor. Some leaders are supportive and collaborative, while others are more hands-off or inconsistent in communication.

Pros

Benefits are good, and looked after in respect of health and wellbeing through all their benefits and policies

Cons

Not much opportunity for quick change. Felt like voice sometimes not heard, any change is slow. Pay rewards don't reflect effort you put in. Below inflation. Pay went backwards.

Pros

- Convenient location, loved working in the area - Flexible benefits - Good company brand

Cons

- The culture was unprofessional and inappropriate in ways that felt oddly normalised - Many people leaders and managers lacked basic leadership and communication skills which was concerning - A LOT of politics, gossip, and unnecessary drama - High turnover
