Marsh not only failed to address two managers' racist and abusive behavior but also seemed to protect the managers while attempting to silence my complaints and concerns. This experience highlighted a shocking disregard for my well-being and a clear bias towards the manager, underscoring a dire need for a more equitable and supportive workplace environment.

No training, managers are a mix because some are nice and others that are awful with no soft skills, company protects its brokers/producers and is going hard on the RTO.

No real opportunities to develop a career, promotion only 1 time per year with very limited budget, most of the time the middle managers decide to “share” some of the achievements of others to make it sure that the person chosen will be promoted. Lot of “extra” work, not included in contract but needed to help either the manager to get his bonus or to give more credit to a specific one for the promotion. HR and upper management declares “honesty” between the team and the coordinators just to avoid real issue, every issue get aborted with a smile and “be good”
