Snack program is great the people are top tier

Cons

Pay isn't great. Everyone gets a 3% raise every year, but anyone not in corporate good luck. My department gives top performers 5 - 6 % raises, which just isn't worth it for all the work everyone does.

No real career progression. Nice place if you just want to coast though.

Cons

If you go against the rules, you get shot down. If you keep quiet and plug away, you're rewarded. Older company, so outdated swag and general approach to sales.
