Well, most people would say the culture (including mastercontrol) and that is how it was when I started. As new leadership came in (marketing), the culture was destroyed and people left, in droves. Then covid hit and they laid off 10% or more of the company.

Cons

The culture, the management, there was no safety or inclusion unless you were in the "in" crowd.
