MasterControl has been one of the best companies I have worked for. Executive management takes employee feedback seriously, attempts to explain and communicate all changes thoroughly, and is genuinely interested in their employees. There is a strong business plan that executive management has been clear in communicating and has followed as closely as is reasonable. The product development has continued to improve with new SDLC process. Everyone is very pleasant to work with and there is a strong community/team mentality in addressing and resolving issues. Finger pointing is done at a problem/lack of resources as opposed to a peer to peer blame session. HR bends over backwards to foster a positive company culture between multiple "spirit days" like Pi day, Movie Days, Chocolate Fondue Fountains for Valentine's Day. There is a great snack program with different offerings on each floor to encourage different departments to interact with one another. Competitive pay with fully paid insurance premiums for your entire family. Decent PTO that increases with tenure. Partially paid maternity leave (plus some paid secondary caregiver leave)

Culture, Management, free food, there are a lot of extracurricular activities going on all the time whether its a group getting together to run, or bike to work, or even the three ping-pong tables on site. Always something going one.
