Great company! They care about their employees and about the product they provide. They strive to ensure they provide a great product and care about the consumers who use that product. Flexible PTO, holidays, HSA, 401k, Health Benefits. They provide employees with an hour a week paid time to do a physical fitness activity and have employee led clubs to give employees a variety of those activities. Work from Home flexibility. Great teammates and management. They care a lot about ensuring employee advancement in their company and reward employees for the time they are with the company.
Cons
Some miscommunication between departments which can be frustrating at times. There is also a lot of shifting when it comes to direction of where they want things to go which is tricky to maintain.
