Thank you so much for your 3-year contribution at MasterControl and for taking the time to leave us a review! Feedback is the best way to help us improve. We are so glad to hear that you recognize how much Jon Beckstrand, our fabulous CEO, cares about making it a great place to work. It's unfortunate to hear that you haven't been impressed with leadership recently. There has certainly been a lot of change (specifically within our engineering department) over the past year. This review is an excellent reminder that we can always foster a more transparent environment and better communicate change. At MasterControl, we promote a servant leadership environment and we even provide leadership training on servant leadership and all of the amazing Arbinger books out there. We're sorry that you don't feel there were conversations on how to improve performance. We encourage our leaders and individual contributors alike to provide constructive feedback to help each other grow. Ultimately, this is how we grow as a company. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Thank you so much for recognizing our efforts to continuously improve; we are always looking for new ways to grow, develop, celebrate, and recognize our people. We are sorry to hear that the recent changes in our engineering department have been difficult. As you know, we are currently in the middle of a massive Greenfield project and we are changing a lot of our processes, tools, and technologies to keep up with customer demand - and that can surely be stressful. This is a great reminder that we can do better at communicating change within the organization so thank you for that feedback! As for diversity, we agree on the importance of differing perspectives within an organization. We are committed to hiring the best candidates from the most diverse candidate pool that we can - and we are so excited to see more diversity within our engineering department in the near future.
