-Poor management -Micromanagement that makes you want to quit your job sometimes -Low merit increases (even when company states we will get raises, was told we might not get them)((Had to fight to get mine) -Quota has gone up making us work harder for less pay after merit increases. -LOW to almost no room for growth -Management doesn't seem to care about moving people up. Happy with keeping people in low positions and hiring outside of the company. -Preach they hire within when they most definitely do not. There are slow months where my manager tells me, 'It will get slow this month so you probably wont hit quota.' Yet does nothing to help you hit quota. Then my manager gets upset when I don't hit even though I've been told it will be a slow month. -Changes this year has made this role a lot worse than when I started.

They don’t seem to stick to a coherent plan. The priorities change so rapidly that it we waste a lot of work on half baked projects and spend too much time putting out fires instead of preventing them.
