So many pros - great people, medical premiums are covered 100%, fitness clubs, company events, employee recognition (quarterly/annually), snack program, ping pong, soda machine, massage therapist, beautiful building, flex scheduling available, work/life balance, opportunity for growth, etc. It is awesome! Love working here.

People are empathetic, Management leads my example, Excellent Culture, Beautiful work space, Competitive pay, Location is right next to a major highway, Always enough parking space.

Cons

Benefits are competitive but could always be improved. The Benefit allowance is helpful, but only covers part of the cost of the premiums for families.
