This has to be one of the worst companies to work for. The existing management is the primary reason for all of the dissfunction. It all starts at the very top, CEO that has been in place for almost 4 years and has absolutely no knowledge of the industry. He is always in meetings; and never to be found. When he comes out, he is busy with more meetings or offering to have a drink. He is a nice gentleman but you will definitely not be able to have any intellectual conversation with him. Truly makes you wonder how he ever got into the role. The President that has been recently promoted after the most competent VP left, is nowhere to be seen. She too has no medical knowledge nor background. She appears to be concerned about numbers only. People do not matter in this organization. HR is very corrupt. If you chose to join be careful of what you disclose. There is no confidentiality in place. The local management is also very inexperienced. The associate director is working as a clerk as most staff have left. They are unable to keep up with the revolving door. Staff are resigning every 2-3 weeks and the management plays the role of us vs. Employees game. Telus is supposed to be behind this. Again, how much feedback needs to be provided before they do something about the situation. Staff morale is at an ultimate low. Staff are not supported.

- upper management does know first thing about keeping employees happy - state of chaos each and every day - huge disconnect within the organization (from Montreal to Vancouver all different ways of operating and documenting) - too many products when the original product has many issues - does not practice “good medicine” Most physicians are supported heavily by administration and clinical staff - no client care! - paper charts! Get with the times! - No career advancement
