Very little hours available for part-timers compared to full-timers.

Pros

Lots of autonomy. Very flexible work scheduling (depends on manager.) Freedom to get the job done however you want.

Cons

Low pay. They start you off at the lowest they can. Like 10 bucks an hour. I started at $12. After 4 years there I only made like $13.50. Framers don't get commissions on sales. But Framing Managers get a cut of overall sales.

Taught me a skill that I have taken to other stores. I enjoy framing and this is where I started.

Cons

Dissapointing raises. It really depends on who you have as a manager or store manager. Most of them where great!
