Realistically everywhere has opportunities or issues. For us at Michael’s my 2 cents is that it really depends on the store and who you’re store manager is. One SM we had he was out doing everything he asked his employees to do. Our current SM does some things but not a lot to help out and make a difference.

Cons

If you’re management you’ll get your lunch but that’s it no breaks. Only recently we had a store visit with some RVPs from the US and this is the only visit in my 6-7 years here that was positive and we were thanked for our hard work.
