You can do well and advance to pretty much whatever you want to do if you show up and meet your performance goals and express the desire to do more. There is incentive pay for hourly team members for productivity.

Cons

Slow season can last for several months resulting in shortened work days and weeks but then shifts very quickly to a lot of hours and mandatory overtime. Not a lot of 40-hour work weeks in between. Salaries for management below the average, but pretty good benefits.
