The Design Studio had the most talented people I have ever met and worked with.
Cons
The leadership is a joke. I've never met more unethical people in my life. They have no idea what true leadership looks like. They disrespect people that have good work ethics. They lie and mislead their employees into thinking they can move up in the company when they have no intentions of promoting anyone based on job performance, dedication, or skills. If you lower your standards/ethics and play their games, you can be promoted. The leadership there rewards those that spy and report on others. Its full of favoritism and shady politics. They preach work/ life balance but do not support it. The workload is overwhelming. Employees are expected to do the workload of at least two people. You will be reminded often, how many people are waiting for your job and how quickly you could be replaced.
