Pay. I've been working here 6 years starting at $9/hr, got 2 promotions as soon as I was eligible, now I am at $17.59/hr which unfortunately doesn't cut it for the insane workload. Unbelievable amount of take home stress. If you're the type of person to give 100%, they (anyone higher than DM position) want 200%. So many skills to learn, horrible technology that needs tickets in every week, poor communication from the company on training & protocol for new additions.

Horrible treatment of employees. Some stores no safety standards in place, most no staff wich puts pressure on managment to do more, in little time given with no overtime. Greedy corporate rules with little pay for staff. Systems out of date so people have archaic ways of doing things and forced out of date videos for trainees. This is only 10% of what ive seen. When you get hurt, good luck, on if they will help, some get it, some dont. Pathetic HR department when people are in need. When stores are in desperate need there is no long term plan to fix it, just a bandaid, because its cheaper. Some products are made with AI which can be weird looking, so be careful what you get there, there have been recalls because of this.
