Pros
The people there are amazing (especially at my location) and you get to meet a lot of different people. Most of the customers are pretty cool and are great to talk to. The hours are very flexible and generally there's always something to do. The employee discount is amazing and it works for the candies and sodas. It's also a great way to casually learn about a bunch of different crafting hobbies.
Cons
I was hired as a cashier but now I work on the replenishment team but my salary never got updates (it is a .35 cent difference but still) In general, wished they payed us more. There's a lot of stuff to learn and you don't learn it until it comes up and you've broken something, the managers are understanding of this but it would've been nice to at least been warned about it.
