-Solid Management -Low turnover rate -Incentives and programs for both FT and PT associates -The jobs you do are simple and easy to learn

Cons

-Hours are rough sometimes in the slower seasons -Less opportunities for growth unless you start off with management experience

My fellow coworkers are great to work with! It's like having a second family. Everyone is nice and cares about you.

Cons

Even though I'm trained in EVERYTHING at the store (other then framing) I only make $11.50. Seems like too small of a pay for the amount of work that is asked from you.

Replenishment: Fast paced and fun. Room for growth. Cashier: easy and fun if you are a people person. You get to talk to customers.

Cons

Replenishment: tiring. Expect early mornings and some overnights during Christmas season. Very labor intensive. Cashier: you have to deal with customers- good and bad. You're stuck up front unless you have someone working with you.
