      Pros

      Helping people make, craft, create something feels rewarding. Team member discounts are nice. The merchandise changes year round to match the current season so it's not boring.

      Cons

      Much of the success of the store depends on the management. Since there are so many levels of management and so many locations, its tough to even name a particular con. Some locations the work environment is great, and other locations its stressful. This is unfortunate, but its the result when a company grows to such a level that they have so many locations open in so many places.

      Benefits are okay. Employees in the team are good.

      Cons

      If you are into IT do not join here. You would have to work with a bunch of puppets who just take orders, and very soon you would become once. Things were fine till there was a new cio and things started going down hill. They are trying to go to open source with no plan and just expect everything to be done overnight. No plan, no leadership, no direction and everyday things are just thrown at you and you would need to complete it by end of the day. I would have given 0 or negative rating if available.
