Interesting job, not worth the pay
Pros
Seeing peoples artworks and be able to help design their frames was rewarding and cool. Building the frames was interesting and a cool thing to learn. As an art student I loved designing frames and working with my hands to put people's frames together and them being excited to see their idea come to life.
Cons
They only pay you 9 an hour. And I didnt even get that until I had quit almost a year in to doing the job. They out a ton of pressure on you to get certain numbers or quotas but do not reward you if you achieve them. They dont train you enough in certain areas and get upset when you cant complete that task. You were given a much larger workload compared to all the other hourly associates in the store but were not paid any more for it.
