      Pros

      You get to be creative and help people with projects. The store I work at is very accepting of things like tattoos, colored hair, piercings etc (within reason of course). Time goes by pretty fast.

      Cons

      Pay could be significantly better.

      Cool customers with off-the-wall projects; customers who rely on your crafting expertise; 30% employee discounts on regular and sales items

      Cons

      Has totally trashed its commitment to customer service; if there are enough man-hours in the schedule to greet customers and/or maintain the store, it's not making its daily plan. Company is in the final weeks of phasing out most of its full-time positions. Associates are penalized for providing teachers/seniors/military with the discounts to which they are entitled. Customers abuse coupons on a regular basis.
