Pros
- Great people (co-workers and direct management) - Location was ideal for me (mall, near major roads, amble parking) - Loved the position I was in; it was a perfect fit for what I was looking to get into
Cons
The biggest con is the management - it seems like they can't figure out what they are doing. As soon as I started the position, I felt like they had over hired/hired me for no reason - I should've listened to that feeling. I was hired and laid off in under 3 months, after I left my prior position I had been in for almost 3 years. This seems to be a cycle: hire and fire. There's been at least 4 in the last 20 years. My advice: skip this company. They do not reward loyalty or eagerness. Systematic hiring and firing cycles should convince anyone that their job is not secure. If you are looking for something that you could grow in and succeed for the long haul - look elsewhere.
