Pros

Great product, flexible schedules, good company to start your career. You can work with some smart people and learn from them.

Cons

Compensation is below market and raises are minimal. Very political environment. C level management lacks market knowledge and involvement with the personnel. Promotions aren't always based on performance but tenure. Limited career opportunities. Constant change of plans and lack of direction makes it feel like working on fire fighting mode.

Pros

The work load is not heavy. You could easily find the balance between the work and your life. It's really a good choice for a girl.

Cons

Heavily concerned with my long term career path in this company. It seems to me an apple polisher is much more easily to get promoted other than those technical talents.

Pros

The company will respect your personal interests and assign the project accordingly. And it will also give some opportunities to attend technical conferences, in-house trainings to help new hires to grow. Not much workload and a lot of company activities. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Not very strong at technical part and some thoughts are years behind leading players in the industry. ClearCase is the worst source code management system I have ever seen but we are still using it. Some old code base is very hard to enhance with poor engineering practice.
