      Pros

      Challenging role but good work/life balance. Work on a great team with good leadership. Company seems to care about and take care of employees. Comp is fair comparable to the market. Company is trending in the right direction.

      Cons

      Some processes take a long time due to approvals/red tape. Training could be improved. Marketing efforts could be improved to help with marketplace recognition although it’s getting better.
