This company is AWFUL, they treat the employees like dirt. If you are a hard worker and do your part they don't care! If you don't meet your quota by a certain time u r gone. People lie and cheat to meet there numbers and are praised for it while if you follow the honest approach your gone! This place is horrible and don't give a damn about you so don't waste your time unless you want to cheat lie and steal and kiss a lot of butt

Miserable Work Environment

Some of the people are actually nice. The pay is decent. Decent benefits package. Appreciation of Culture.

Cons

Full of finger-pointers. Many people that know one another from other companies. You will always be overworked. Their turnover is outrageous and promotion decisions make no sense. You are never really recognized for a job well done. Their company events are just awful. Many people have been allowed to coast and not do much of anything while all of the actual work will be stacked on one person. Do not pay attention to the branding, this is just Encore which incidentally has about a 2 star rating.

Flexibility was the only perk.

Cons

Juvenile management, shady business practices always trying to cut corners. The fact that they had to make a whole new page to try and hide all the negative reviews they have only proves they know they are in the wrong and don't want people to know. They go out of their way to promote favorites, managers don't even know how to do the job they supervise. It's a mess and it's going to blow up in their faces. Their wages aren't competitive and they don't care, you can make more working in fast food in the area.

Hello,In early 2019, Encore evolved its corporate structure to create a distinct global parent company of Encore Capital Group and an operating business of MCM. With MCM as a distinct and separate business, it was necessary for us to create separate pages to accurately reflect our business model.
