Decent benefits and PTO, business casual work attire, paid holidays including floating holidays

Cons

Work culture is horrible. A lot of favoritism and bullying occurs on the floor. Computer systems are always down and it doesn't seem like most people know how to do their job. Not enough ways to advance in the company.

Overall it's disheartening that a Company like this even exists. ... I have worked in the collection industry for over a decade, But I am ashamed to say I ever worked here. The CFPB has fined this company multiple times for its unethical practices. It's truly a sweat shop. Which is why they don't care about employees, they are easily replaced. This company loves to say one thing while they are doing the exact opposite. Example: They like to say how inclusive they are, yet they blatantly segregate people. Innovative ideas and personal morals are frowned apon here. If you have a mind of your own I'd stay far far away. Management does nothing to develop or work with employees. People are constantly targeted, for various reasons. If you get off step, you better watch your back.
