What truly sets this workplace apart is the leadership. My managers (Dresden W, Kelley T, and Courtney L.) have been unwavering in their encouragement, guidance, and belief in me. They have walked beside me through the challenges of supporting individuals in crisis, always offering wisdom, reassurance, and a safe space to process the difficult moments. Their leadership is compassionate, empowering, and deeply invested in the well-being of both the staff and the people we serve.
I also appreciate that higher management is approachable, knows me by name, and genuinely takes an interest in my personal goals. Their support has been a constant source of motivation. While the working space can feel a bit limited at times, the team does an amazing job of working together to maximize the space and support one another. It’s a great example of how everyone pitches in to create a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
