Job Postings and Workload: The job posting for a bilingual therapist is intended to meet the needs of our client base. We ensure that workload expectations are clearly communicated, and that adequate support is provided. Office Locations and Staffing: We place office locations in various locations through the Denver Metro area to better serve our clients and communities. We currently have Spanish speaking employees located at several locations within many departments across the agency. We also provide compensation increases for Spanish speaking employees. Office Space and Resources: We provide workspaces for all employees and are continuously working to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our staff. We have current projects in place right now to support more space. Management and Training: We provide training to all employees. Our management team is committed to offering the necessary support and guidance. We offer to cover cost for LAC, CAS and CAT trainings. We pay for COPA training for Peers. We provide trauma informed care training - monthly, We provide first aid training, We cover cost for QMAP training for our employees at the Aspen Center. We provide clinical training and are HIPAA compliant. We provide EMDR training. We also provide training for all new hires which includes diversity and inclusion training as well as LGBTQIA equality in the workplace. Plus many more trainings. And support staff with any additional training that they may need. Therapeutic Approaches: While attachment-based therapy is one of our approaches, we value diverse therapeutic methods and encourage our staff to use the best practices suited to their clients' needs. Management Practices: We strive for a collaborative and supportive management style. Our management team is dedicated to ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.
