Pros

You'll have some fantastic team members!

Cons

It has become increasingly apparent that Mission Cloud is facing significant challenges, with the company's direction showing a concerning decline over the last two years. This period has been marked by a halt in salary increases and a pause in promotional opportunities, exceptions seemingly reserved for senior executives. This situation has left many dedicated employees feeling overlooked and undervalued, especially as they struggle to keep up with the rising cost of living. From my perspective, particularly within the marketing division, there seems to be a notable shift towards self-promotion at the c-level rather than a genuine effort to advance Mission Cloud's market position. The leadership lacks a clear and effective strategy, often relying on superficial buzzwords rather than substantive strategic initiatives. Moreover, the company's decision to host lavish events featuring celebrities comes across as particularly insensitive, especially to those who have effectively experienced a reduction in real-term earnings. This, coupled with the inadequate severance packages provided to unexpectedly laid-off employees, only adds to the feeling of disregard for the team's hard work and dedication.
