-Not much of a negative as I got hired during COVID. Their culture has always been great but the job itself can be repetitive.

Pros

People, office space, benefits, work/life balance. The work environment is very supportive and fun and just makes going to "work" an enjoyable experience. Also the onboarding experience was the best I've ever had, with both HR and my IT team. There's a reason people work at Moda for a long time.

Cons

Non that I can think of.

Great benefits, attendance policy not so great.

Pros

Inexpensive Insurance Benefits, Dog-Friendly Workplace and Discretionary Day paid by the company and some departments have work from home privileges.

Cons

A fair amount of nepotism can be seen here, the attendance policy could be more with the times as they do not acknowledge Dr.'s notes as an excused absence and small office politic issues are a commonplace.

Our attendance policy allows employees to be absent and allows for multiple occurrences before any disciplinary action is taken.
