Since joining the company, I've been impressed by how welcoming and supportive the colleagues are, it made the onboarding experience really smooth. The culture genuinely values learning and development, with plenty of opportunities to grow and expand your skills. There is a good work-life balance, and the flexibility of the hybrid work model makes it easier to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.

Cons

Nothing as such. Everything has been positive since joining. It’s still early in my journey, but the experience has been smooth and encouraging.
