      Decent pay, but unstable

      Pros

      Decent pay if you get in the right role, challenging problems, good people to work with. It's really at the forefront of the high speed cable/connector industry.

      Cons

      Lots of politics. I've witnessed a fair amount of sexism (no pay raises for women doing the same or better work as men). Upper management changes every 9-18 months. Company culture is fractured and confused. Not a lot of extra morale boosting activities outside of work anymore.

      They have great market share. Some good people there

      Cons

      Management is blind to how overworked their employees are . Hard workers will continue to try to do it all but high burn out rate and turnover results

      Close from Home. Great colleagues. Onsite cafeteria and gym.

      Cons

      Since Molex has been bought by the Koch brothers, it's only been about making them richer and "hitting the numbers". Health insurance is below average. Only 2 weeks of vacation, ...3rd week comes after 10 years!! A lot of incompetent managers there only because they're good at wooing VP and C levels. Opportunities to grow are quasi-null.
