Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Great talent at the working level. Couldn't ask for better folks to work with.

Cons

Executive management is disconnected from the manager and working level associates. While this provides some autonomy, it more means management shows up late to the party, asking why things aren't working, when they should be better engaged and knowledgeable. Excessive employee churn kills the organization and tribal knowledge is at the bare minimum.

Good medical benefits and on site gym.

Cons

There are so many people in the digital organization with nothing to do because the business units don't want to hear from the digital teams. Computer scientists are hired but never get to code because the organization does pilot projects and then they go nowhere. Digital is dead at Molex.

Good culture. Very good work life balance. Amazing benefits & vacation policy. Great opportunities and also people follow very good challenge process.

Cons

Very hard to get raise or bonus for engineers. Expect a raise probably once in 3 yrs. Compensation philosophy is not good and very limited growth !!
