Management -- especially senior management -- is disrespectful of its employees. Not tech culture -- it's an entertainment company.

Amazing facilities/location, great benefits, no pressure atmosphere. Great for your resume, free food.

Cons

The "buddy" culture is terrible, because people hire who they know and with bigger salaries than existing old employees. Middle and Small management at completely incompetent.
