Pros

The work is fantastic. The technology used was really cutting edge however at the end of the day products would get stuck in the endless product/design/spec loop. trying to push out new featurs again sat deadline was common. however very few features actually saw the light of day.

Cons

No Bonuses and pay was less than at comparable Bay Area tech companies.
