      Open and collaborative work culture. Access to strong enterprise grade toolsets, including emerging AI technologies. A product- and technology driven organization that encourages employees to stay hands on with tools, platforms, and modern engineering practices. Employee friendly HR policies, including life leaves, flexible leave policy, free transport, free meals, and insurance coverage for immediate family and parents. Lean organizational structure that makes communication and navigation across teams relatively easy. Technology stack includes a combination of legacy systems and modern technologies, providing opportunities to work across different platforms. The organization is currently undergoing a digital and AI transformation, making it a great place to learn, contribute, and grow. The Bangalore GCC leadership team demonstrates strong industry expertise, strategic clarity and a supportive leadership approach that empowers teams and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
