Pros

I loved the people, great office environment. Products were fun to work on.

Cons

Pay was sub-standard. No bonuses. Terrible health insurance. It was the main reason I left. At the end of the day, you work to support your family. Including bonus, I left for a job that paid me about 20+% more, and also had significantly better benefits.

Dear Former Team Member, First, thank you for having worked with our team and calling out our great office, products and people! I couldn't agree with you more - our people are the best and our office spaces and products are pretty cool. You are also right - our healthcare is a challenge for many people and while some people do love it, I completely understand why it may not have worked for you and your family. I'm sincerely sorry we were not able to retain you because of this and your desired pay. I hope your new organization is able to offer a better options for you on both fronts and that above all, you are being cared for as you deserve. Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts! Best, Cindy Raz VP, HR & OD

Pros

Good culture. Great people to work with. Nice, brand new, office in Lake Oswego. Management provides good support. Company events and outreach programs to be involved in the community. President's club trips available for all employees who achieve annual quota. Sometimes, management provides additional perks for top performers. Great support from marketing and other departments to help you succeed. Products are some of the best in the market, but often not the cheapest option either. Overall the company has great credibility in the market.

Cons

Very high sales quotas. Less than 5% of all Account Executives reached 100% of yearly quota in 2016. Despite being a salary position, management requires you to work from 7-5 daily at a minimum. During month end or quarter end, they require more. Turnover is very high in sales. Compensation structure could be much better. Taking time off is very difficult due to very high quotas. They claim they promote from within but they hire from outside a lot more often than internal promotions. Benefits package could be better.

Pros

None that I can think of - place has turned into an emotional dumpster fire with the mergers and acquisitions.

Cons

- Department management is elitist and threatening. Come here if you want to have a good year or two then get burnt out.

I am sorry to hear this has been your experience. Anytime we bring company cultures together via mergers there is going to be some tough times. However, each of those times, we have emerged stronger than ever. I want to ensure you feel comfortable voicing your concerns internally so we can address those issues and retain your talent.
