      Difficult to think of positives

      Cons

      They tend to hire people who are trying to get their license. Most are unlicensed and unmotivated if they are. I see lazy and manipulative workers. This is a scary place to work if you value your license and your patients. burn out and poor management.

      I honestly can’t think of any besides the building is nice.

      I worked here 6 years ago and I still have flashbacks. Working here and how management was has made me so paranoid I have to go to therapy. The director of the facility didn’t like me and I didn’t break any rules so they fired me out of the blue with not so much as a verbal warning. It was so illegal they even paid out my PTO as a cya move. Since working here I have a physical reaction when a higher up talks to me or emails. I’m not the only one we have a support group on social media.
