Pros

It's not very competitive so if you want an easy job to lounge around at until retirement you got your place.

Cons

Contracting is a scam and utilized aggressively at this company. They hired me fully remote in 2021 saying that is no problem, but now will not allow me to interview for jobs I've already done with other companies as a result of being fully remote.

Pros

Offers a flexible hybrid work option, complimentary coffee, and free lunch on Fridays. This opportunity is well-suited for recent university graduates looking to gain professional experience.

Cons

The work environment is typical of a contact center, involving frequent interactions with challenging members. The level of responsibility is notably high in relation to the compensation. Coming from a military family with an international background, I observed minimal engagement from colleagues during training, which made me feel unwelcome.

Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Campus is nice with quality lunch food and plenty of coolers with snacks and drinks. Flexibility to work on site and at home is convenient.

Cons

A lot of people on the phones burn out quickly. When I went for orientation there were about 30 people in my group. There are 3 of us left. The system they use to track your adherence and other metrics micromanages you so your boss doesn't have to. At least until your metrics fall too low. Consistently missing metrics can lead to termination. It's hard to request time off unless you do it at least a couple months in advance. It's difficult to get off weekends. You're required to work either Sunday or Saturday, and then get a random weekday off. It's inconsistent, and your start time varies by up to an hour. For example: Let's say today your shift starts at 7am. Tomorrow it might be 6am. The next day it might be 6:15am.
