Pros

Depending on the job you have, there is a very relaxed culture. Work/Life balance is very important. Pay was higher than when i was asking. Great on-site benefits (beer bash, discounted on-site oil changes, discounted on-site auto detailing, free onsite gym, great cafe, social events)

Cons

There are some positions that are very stressful and tend to have high turnover. This tends to make things more stressful as staffing tends to suffer due to turnover. Sr Management has acknowledged this issue and are working to fix it.

top notch fitness center, weekly celebrations (often including cultural diversity events), flexibility of work schedule, 40 hours volunteer time off, professional training, tasty food offerings in the employee cafe

Cons
