Pros

The people... Good benefits and schedule flexibility. Training opportunities...

Cons

NetApp used to be a great company, but became content to rest on its accomplishments. Years of poorly thought out strategy, and even poorer execution, has taken a toll on this once leading edge company. Layoffs have become an annual event, and employee morale is the lowest I have seen since joining the company. The other major problem that NetApp has, at least in the Support Center, is the lack of a strong management team.

Pros

Awesome culture. Beer bash Fridays, free bagel Fridays, free snacks, free fruit. Flexible hours. Come and go as desired.

Cons

They prefer for us to work in the office whenever possible.
