Pros

Good health insurance but nothing else.

Cons

No mentorship No compensation for extra work done Management doesn't listen to working bees Really awful company to work for and they claimed that they help the small restaurants. BS, they only care about making money off of the small business. This company is a scam and will likely be out of business.

Thank you for your feedback. As we grow the company, there will be a few bumps in the road. We appreciate your honesty and we are always striving to do better at Nextbite. We try to make sure all employees have several ways to connect if they’re having a negative experience. Our People Business Partners are accessible to all employees to work through any issues that may arise, and to partner with leadership and the rest of the People & Culture team to come up with solutions whether it's clarifying roles, laying out career paths, and generally removing barriers to success. -Alex Canter

Pros

Great Benefits Great Pay Company Cares about employees Growth within the company

Cons

Management is not always thorough with updates or next steps for the team. Many times questions have to be asked multiple times in different ways in order to get a concise answer from management. At times management will give updates on processes the same day without clear steps on protocol for incoming calls coming in. This leads to multiple people asking questions before a clear answer is set forth to the entire team in that SLACK post. It also looks as if management is truly not looking at the SLACK post agents create when it comes to the incoming Phone call queue. At times management wants to display a strict or (tough love) attitude to the team. Sadly many times this comes across as if management has no compassion whatsoever. With situations like the previous point above occur it makes people on the team not want to be very much engaging. This is especially true when management responses to questions are "I don't know" , "lol", "that sucks for them" or the answer given in no way shape of form actually answers the question being asked. Examples & responses like these do NOT coordinate with at least two of the core values of the company [Character Counts & We win together].
