      Pros

      The hybrid work policy is fantastic, and the people here are truly great both professionally and personally. They genuinely care about their craft and are driven to grow and advance in their careers. The company seems to nurture those who want to achieve great things together and appreciates motivation. The events and office vibe are lovely, the company clearly puts employees at the center, and the overall benefits and compensation are excellent. Human, supportive, and professional. I’m very satisfied.

      Pros

      Absolutely none. I regret everything.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The leaders are so clueless that I don't think they could spell AI or ACD. So much upheaval with limited explanation. So many people are looking to leave that is feels like the ship is sinking. Oh, and the pay is below average with virtually no opportunity for a raise or promotion. I work very hard, for almost no commission and no incentive. Unfortunately I may need to leave for all these reasons.
