Absolutely nothing "pro" about this company, petty amateurs trying to run it like their own personal hedge fund. Jewish is way better

Pay, work environment, Management, HR, Lack of respect for employees, Biased policy practices. Disrespectful and patronizing tone by corporate employees.

Pros

Pay is highest in Louisville area for RN’s

Cons

Zero respect to the bedside employee. Management creates an environment of scrutiny and ridicule between the two. Teamwork is not promoted between manager and nurse. It’s hard to feel secure in a job when you constantly feel minimized.

Do you miss the corporate america of the late 80's? Healthcare is the field for you! At Norton you can order your own supplies from office max and submit budget requests that go nowhere! Want to start a project? Norton Healthcare believes a central project planning department is a waste of money, so just start the project and find out if it's already been done when you present it to executives!

Cons

Lack of diversity and talent in executive roles create weak leadership with no interest in process improvement or advancing workplace environment to anything above simply tolerable.
