- Notion is building an inclusive and cozy environment. People feel belonging and care each other very much. Everyone is wiling to share and help others with anything they know. - The engineering group is growing fast, and there are tons of interesting challenges to tackle. We are moving fast. We split the work into small tasks so that we can finish it in days, and usually a PR can be done within 1~2 days. - The founders are humble and know the product very well. They have a clear vision of the product and the strategy to achieve the company's goal.

Cons

- We are still small, and there are a lot of challenges we need to figure out how to do it. Many times we will have to define processes, find solutions by learning while working in full speed.
