Cool company product. Massive online community and user base that loves the product. A lot of really smart and compassionate engineers Good pay with good benefits. Flexible with working from home. WLB is usually good. Some weeks out of the year can be a lot due to releases.

Cons

Competitive space in the productivity space. Some managers are better than others Some orgs need more help than others (tech support, security etc)
