Pros

You help patients that are really sick Lots of good people who work here You get a paycheck Not much more to say

Cons

Executive management team - Not very experienced team. Most of them have their heads in the sand. COO is the only humble leader. The rest of the team is driven by power, control, ego and self promotion No equity sharing - They don't give much stock. The company sells this bull crap line about multiplier/ dilution etc. Don't listen. They just don't want to give non-executive employees shares Commercial team runs the show. Especially the chief officer. He's clueless. No one on his team likes him. Someone buy him a clue please. He's met me 3 times and still asks my name each time. I guess us minions are not worthy of his presence. CEO can't string 2 motivational sentences together. Not sure how he got the job.

- Used to be a patient centric company with demanding yet casing leadership - Some colleagues, though many good ones have left or have just been laid off

Cons

Inexperienced CEO and executive team Back stabbing culture Inexperienced commercial president (the guy in charge would barely be a Sr. Director in a real company) Decimated morale and dwindling culture CFO and finance team No real strategy

Pros

Novocure is a growing company that has great success on its horizon. People at the company generally care about the patients, the company's success and the impact Novocure is making on the treatment of cancer.

Cons

I cannot say enough about how poorly my manager treated me and lacked respect for me, for almost seemingly no reason. It was a relationship that, for reasons I couldn't understand, started poorly and only got worse as the months went on. At any job or educational experience, you're bound to work with an individual who you just don't get along with, and I'm no different. But in all those experiences, I always found a way to work with that person in an amicable and professional manner. That being said, my experience with this difficult individual was so far beyond anything I've ever experienced. This was particularly disappointing because, from what I had experienced so far, everyone else I had built a relationship with seemed to embody the values of the company. I really regret having taken this job, but in looking back, I'm also regretful that I could not fully show my skillset and make an impact on the company and its patients.
