Not competitive wages, little to no help, solution, or even empathy from management, company promotes creativity and initiative yet customer service leads and management do not - they just want you to be a bot, everyone is burned out, toxic positivity. Emphasis on toxic positivity. Unpredictable. Lack of adequate training.
