You are not a person. You are a number. You may apply and get an offer and wait 8 months before they hire you. The management is purposefully terrible. No real raises, no real growth potential, and rude management. Racism and stupidity is rampant. Training is often less than a week. Only apply if you have no other choice.

Pay could be better but you can move up quickly.

No advancement. Training is not very in depth.

some training on some contracts is lackluster.

You are not anything but a number anymore. Pay is NOT competitive. Training is not where it needs to be. Trainers are not always proficient in what they are training you, training depends almost completely on slides. The utilities NEEDED to do the job are almost NEVER available for the training they planned on giving you. The company has lost it's foundation that made itself great.

Pay is not worth it. PTO is accrued per hour you work. Depending on the contract, you work holidays. Team support lacks. Training is very quick, leaving new employees feeling as though they're just thrown in the fire. The job is mentally taxing.
