able to work at home, okay benefits and pay, send you equipment to do the job so you don't have to buy anything out of pocket.

micro-managing to the extreme all calls recorded and audited unclear expectations before hire selling selling selling not nursing worst retention i have ever seen or heard of - at least 1 person resigns every week mission is great but they are really about saving the health plans money not helping people in need. many people you really want to help that need it are "ineligible" no work/life balance - many nurses required to work every saturday 8-10 hours. long days and evenings shifts leave little time for anything else - always missing family events, can't cook dinner even though you are home, etc.

CEO is awesome all upper leadership is amazing and the Ontrak program is a vision of what BH should look like work from home is awesome and they really do take care of their employees

Cons

MICROMANAGING is awful!!! team lead is awful need to looked into very deeply, hires all friends and shows favortism while others are overlooked for hard work. HR should do better job of hearing out the employee and not just the team lead the upper management should both sides not just the side of the team lead. Team Lead should be a professional and not one that hires friends this is a program to help others not a high school popularity contest. Upper management is awesome CEO is welcoming and Friendly
